Hi, I'm Abbigaile.
I'm an artist, music lover, and chronic overthinker with too many opinions and not enough places to put them. This blog is my corner of the internet where I share the things I'm paying attention to—music, art, media, culture, and whatever else happens to capture my interest.
When I'm not writing, you'll usually find me painting and listening to, sometimes even playing, music! I love creating colorful, expressive artwork and exploring the stories that can be told through color, texture, and brushstrokes. This blog isn't meant to be a perfectly curated publication. Think of it more like a collection of recommendations, observations, reviews, and occasional ramblings. Some posts will be about albums I can't stop listening to. Others might be about a painting I'm working on, a movie that won't leave my mind, or an opinion that deserves more than a social media caption.

Corbin is the creative partner behind Collected Fixations Co. and one of the voices helping shape what this space becomes. What started as countless conversations between roommates about music, media, culture, art, and the internet eventually became something worth sharing.
She brings curiosity, perspective, and an uncanny ability to find herself deep in a rabbit hole by accident. Whether she's writing about a song, a trend, a film, or a thought she can't seem to shake, Corbin approaches everything with equal parts enthusiasm and insight.
Collected Fixations Co. was built on the idea that the things we return to matter. Corbin is one of the reasons this place exists at all.
